Matthew D. Fields
In 2015, Matthew began his undergraduate career at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB). It was here that he was instilled with the rich history of African American Culture and the under-recognized history of African American art world. In 2017, Matthew earned an opportunity to participate in two inaugural groups orchestrated by the Alliance of HBCU galleries and museums, to introduce minority students to the world of art conservation and preservation. In 2018, he was invited to speak on a diversity and inclusion panel at the American Institute for Conservation Annual Meeting in Houston, Texas. A week later Matthew makes his way to Washington, D.C. to begin a 10 week internship at the Smithsonian American Art Museum(SAAM). In 2019, Matthew received his bachelor's degree from UAPB and was accepted on a partial Scholarship into the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA) low residency MFA program. Upon completing his Graduate studies and developing his thesis framework in the summer of 2021,he officially emerged as a professional artist and an art educator. In 2023 Matthew was named the IDSVA David C. Driskell Fellow. That brings us to today, where Matthew Fields is setting off into his fourth year as faculty at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff; Has traveled his first body of work to various university museums and galleries; And has been engaged in the next level of his educational journey as a Doctoral Candidate at the Institute for Doctoral Studies in Visual Arts (IDSVA).
Kenneth D. Randle
Kenneth Donnell Randle was born in St. Louis, Missouri. Upon entering undergraduate studies at Alabama Agricultural and Mechanics University, Randle stood out prominently in his class. In 2015, Kenneth received an apprenticeship at Artifacts Tattoo Gallery, where he spent a lot of time in undergrad, tattooing and developing his drawing skills. While taking a break from tattooing he received a 2-month graphic design internship from Mission Multiplier in 2016. In 2017, Kenneth Randle was apart of the 1st Annual Juried Student Show were he received a 1st place Certificate for Best of Show and a small Stipend to fund his artistic practices. After Graduating from AAMU in 2018, he spent 2 years as a professional graphic designer. In 2019, he began work as the Gallery Coordinator for ArtsHuntsville, in Huntsville Al where he curated multiple in-house shows for local artist. In 2021, in the mist of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kenneth Randle moved back to St. Louis, MO, and participated in a group exhibition with the Kranzberg Art Foundation. In 2023, Kenneth Randle received a scholarship to attend the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, were he is completing a Low-residency MFA. Since completing his MFA in 2025, Kenneth has been working as the Curatorial and Digital Media Coordinator at the Kranzberg Art Foundation in St. Louis.
Te'Arra Stewart
The 27 year old artist, educator, and entrepreneur, is an Arkansas native. She has lived in North Little Rock, Arkansas, for the majority of her life. She grew up in an urban, unartistic neighborhood known as Pike. Her love for art was nurtured in her undergraduate years of school at The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where she obtained her Bachelors of Fine Art. She diligently learned and labored over art fundamentals for four years to be eligible and competitive enough in skill to pursue art professionally. Shortly after graduating, she was accepted into the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Te’Arra is now a 2023 graduate of PAFA with a Master’s of Fine Arts; now she is currently working as an Assistant Professor and Grant Coordinator at UAPB in the Department of Art and Design. She desires to continue her studio practice, to gain exposure as an artist, entrepreneur, and future gallerist.
